This is a really easy dish that’s sure to please even a picky eater. Have them pick out their favorite pasta shapes to make the dish even more fun. Once again, I usually make extra of this to freeze for later. I don’t use measurements on this dish as it varies according to meal/family size. Ingredients: Your favorite gluten free pasta Your favorite pasta sauce (I use homemade) Mozzarella cheese Meat (optional) Recipe: Cook pasta according to instructions and drain. Frozen Assets: Calzones

These calzones can be made ahead of time and individually frozen. If you do not want to make your own bread for the calzones, just use some frozen bread dough from the store. Ingredients: 2 Tbsp yeast2 C warm water5 C flour2 C corn meal2 Tbsp5 Tbsp olive oil Recipe:1. Dissolve yeast in warm water until foamy. 2. Stir in flour, corn meal, salt, and olive oil.3. We’re going through the pantry and freezer to use up what we have this week. Camera Woes

**sigh** Our camera is on it’s last legs. It takes pictures, but there are lines all through them. So, we’re going to need to purchase a new one. A camera is definitely something I see as a necessity to record our “history”. It allows us to stay close to family and friends through pictures. It allows us to document what is going on with our life. So, alas, we’re now in search of a new camera. Do you have an opinions on a good digital camera? I’m open for suggestions…
