Going to the Grand Canyon

I’m so excited! We are finally on our way to the Grand Canyon. We have planned to go more than once since we moved to Arizona this past summer, but it never worked out. After some other tentative plans fell through, we decided to head there this week. I scrambled around and found a campground for us to stay at (in our travel trailer). When I first started homeschooling Munchkin, I had grand plans of all of the wonderful things that we were going work on, and all these fun things we were going to do. All too quickly I learned that there was no way to do everything that we wanted to do, and I also learned that if we tried to do it all, we would both become burned out on homeschooling.
