Tupperware storage containers work for me. You can see my current kitchen set-up with all my Tupperware containers here. As a military family, moving is part of our life. Which means, organization becomes a necessity as you never know what size space you might be living in. Also, before Tupperware, it meant getting rid of most everything in the pantry before moving. Then, when you arrived at your new duty station, you needed to repurchase all of your staples. What a waste. But moving companies will pack anything that is stored in Tupperware containers. Tackle It Tuesday: Painting

We’re at the new house working and having fun. Ok, so I have a lot of painting and tasks to do this week, but for Tackle It Tuesday, I will be tackling this!!Yes, that is a painted on blue and orange “tile” backsplash. Now, the idea was a good one, but it’s got to go. So, today, we’ll be saying goodbye to the fake tiles and the lime green walls in the eat-in kitchen. If all goes well, I will also paint the attached laundry room… For the rest of the week, I will be tackling painting the lime green…

The next couple of weeks probably won’t be that exciting, but I still need to plan something. Munchkin and I are at the new house getting it ready for move-in. Not much food around as we haven’t been grocery shopping. 1. Cheese quesadillas 2. Soup 3. Salad 4. Sandwiches 5. Pasta 6. Mac ‘n Cheese 7. Make It From Scratch: Pajamas

I have never made pjs before, but my daughter is outgrowing everything at an amazing rate. I was suppose to make these for her for Christmas. I was also going to make matching pjs for her American Girl dolls. But, I never did get around to it. So, I have finally tackled making the pajamas!
