Gluten Free Soft, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: 1/2 C butter, softened 6 Tbsp cream cheese, softened 1/2 tsp pure vanilla 1/2 C sugar 1/2 C brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 C gluten free flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp xanthan gum 1 C chocolate chips 1/2 C chopped nuts (optional) Directions: Mix together gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and xanthan gum. I was given the opportunity to review the new Chocolate Chia Goodness.  I have to admit that I was not familiar with Chia Goodness, so I was looking forward to trying this product. Chia Goodness contains completely raw ingredients. Chia is gluten-free, dairy-free, has five times the calcium of milk, and more Omega 3 than flaxseed or salmon. It’s an excellent, source of fiber, calcium and iron. Using raw organic cacao nibs and fair trade, organic cocoa powder, this breakfast cereal has only 3 grams of organic evaporated cane juice per serving. Buffalo Guys Jerky Giveaway

D really enjoys jerky, but it’s not easy to find jerky that is good and gluten free.  When I found out that Buffalo Guys had a gluten free jerky, I knew that I wanted to check them out.  I was pleased to see that not only did they have gluten free buffalo jerky, but they also supported our troops.  I love that!  I was excited to be able to sample some of their jerky.
