Sweet Reward: Chocolate Chunk Muffins

Posted in Gluten Free, Homemaking, and Photography

Project 365 – #018 Sometimes, when you’ve been cleaning, purging, and organizing for some time, you need a little extra motivation to keep moving.  Today, Munchkin decided that she wanted something with chocolate, so I whipped up a batch of gluten free chocolate chunk muffins. The delicious aroma filled the house as we continued to sort through bags and boxes.  When the timer went off, I headed to the kitchen and pulled the muffins out of the oven.  After a short period of cooling off, we bit into the warm muffins.  Mmmm…. Gluten Free Cinnamon Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp baking soda 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon (use less if you want a less spicy flavor)…
