On Sunday, we decided to head out and enjoy the Lord’s creation by having a picnic by the water and then hiking the Old Stamp Mill Trail at Picacho State Park. Exploration and a Hike

We decided that it would be fun to take Grandma and Grandpa over to an area that we briefly explored before – the water in the desert area. This time, we wanted to hike up to a mine area that we saw from our parking space near the water. Sculptures at the Airport

Project 365 – #022 Grandma and Grandpa’s flight was delayed almost an hour, so we had fun exploring the airport. I had been at this airport only once before back when I was a teenager. Honestly, I don’t remember it, so it was new for all of us. We found these fun sculptures and had to take a few pictures. We were pleased to find several different types of these sculptures with different patterns and colors. I think they are abstract saguaro cactus. At least, that’s what we saw when we studied them. Project 365 #017 One of the things that I enjoy about living here in the Arizona desert is the beautiful winters. Today, it was lovely outside – warm and sunny.
