When I found out that we would have the opportunity to review Web Design for Kids (…And Curious Grown Ups!), I didn’t really know what to expect. Create Your Own Nachos or Tacos Recipe

Taco Meat This recipe is based on Sue Gregg’s Taco Chip Ole. We have added this recipe to our normal rotation. The meat heats up well for use later in the week. We use this meat for both nachos and tacos. Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey1/4 cup diced onions1 can diced tomatoes2 Tbsp. taco seasoning 1) Brown turkey. Add diced onions while cooking.2) Blend/Puree diced tomatoes with taco seasoning. Add to browned meat. Simmer until sauce thickens. Taco/Nacho Buffet This makes a great meal for company.
