A Journey Through Learning Review

A Journey Through Learning offers beautiful, full color lapbooks and unit studies at affordable prices. Most of the lapbooks include a study guide so you and/or your student don’t have to search for the answers. Munchkin really enjoys doing lapbooks as long as she doesn’t have to do too many at once. In other words, she prefers to do only one lapbook at at time. We have used lapbooks as complete studies by themselves or as review of what has already been learned. File Folder Games

I’ve been having fun designing file folder game boards. I tried to make them somewhat generic, so they can be used in many different ways. Most of the game boards are black and white, so the kids can have fun personalizing their own game boards. Munchkin is looking forward to trying out the new games next week. Organization, Flexibility, Discipline

If I were asked to name 3 keys to success in our homeschool (other than reliance on Christ), I would say organization, flexibility, and discipline. Organization By being organized, I can spend less time gathering our materials and more time designing (and finding) fun materials to use during our school day. Organization allows us to have a better flow to our school day. We don’t have to worry about not being able to locate school supplies, books, or other needed items.
