Overhauling the WRR Rhino

A couple of weeks ago, D, Munchkin, and I decided that it was time to give the WRR Horse Rescue Rhino an overhaul. Open House at the Horse Rescue

Saturday found us working hard at the horse rescue as we prepared for the big Open House and Whoa Down for Hay event at the horse rescue. The bunkhouse was ready to be rented out to interested parties, and Munchkin had worked diligently during the week to get the nature park ready to show off to those who attended the big event. When I received a bottle of Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil as a member of the Devo Diva team, I knew that I wanted to use it to make a sweet and savory sweet potato hash. I had two beautiful organic sweet potatoes sitting on the counter just waiting to be used. I also had some lovely organic bell peppers and sweet onions to add to the mix.
