When D learned that Grandma and Grandpa had not been to the Grand Canyon on a clear day, he checked the weather to see what it was going to be like at the Canyon the next day. When it saw a clear forecast, plans were made to head over to the Grand Canyon for the day. The weather was crisp and clear in the morning. Grandma and Grandpa Visit the Cabin

Originally, the cabin repair was scheduled to be completed by the end of December, so a visit from Grandma and Grandpa was scheduled. They had a business conference a few hours away from the cabin, so we thought we’d take advantage of it. We’re always happy to spend time with family. 🙂 Unfortunately, as you already know, the cabin repairs were no where near being done, but it turned out okay.
