Thankful for Bountiful Baskets

I know that I’ve talked about Bountiful Baskets on a variety of occasions, but I’m going to talk about it again. Our latest basket included a nice variety of fall vegetables and fruits. The extra that I really liked this time around was the fresh herbs. I’ve missed cooking with fresh herbs, so this was rather exciting for me. I now have cilantro, basil, oregano, rosemary, dill, sage, and parsley. The kitchen smells so good with the cilantro, parsley, and basil sitting on the counter. Yes, we worked hard last week, but we also took some time out to relax and have a little fun here and there. As I wrote about previously, Munchkin has really taken to archery. After her archery class, she decided that she really wanted to have her own bow, so she could practice whenever as time allowed.
