Munchkin and I recently decided to team up and become Lilla Rose consultants. We received a flexi clip from a friend and ended up liking it so much that we decided to become consultants. We woke up to a very hot Monday morning, not unlike most mornings here in the desert of Arizona. Only, today it wasn’t just hot outside – the inside of the house felt warm too. I headed over to the thermostat to see the temperature inside rising. Something was wrong with the air conditioning. I started up with the normal checks… air filter, breaker… Everything was fine. Sweet Cherry Chicken Salad

Chicken salad is a nice light meal during the summer. You can add in veggies or fruit to give a little extra punch of flavor. Since we had some sweet cherries from our Bountiful Baskets order, I decided that I would make a nice sweet cherry chicken salad for our lunch. Ingredients: 3 cups chopped chicken (use leftover chicken or chicken from a can, whichever you prefer) 1/4 cup diced sweet onion 1/4 cup chopped celery (I like to include some celery leaves) 1/3 cup chopped sweet cherries (use more if you want a more prominent cherry flavor) 1/3 cup…
