Our baby girl is 13. It’s hard to believe we’re parents to a teenager.
Munchkin’s requested meals for her birthday from top to bottom all gluten free: homemade french toast sticks with fresh strawberries, turkey sandwich with apple slices, baked mac ‘n cheese with tomato salad, strawberry shortcake in the shape of a heart.
Daddy gave Munchkin this ring for her birthday. It’s inscribed with Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Happy Birthday, Munchkin! Hope your day is really special. Looks like you will be having yummy food to celebrate! Your new ring has my favorite Scripture on it! It’s lovely, just like you are!
Heather, you must be so proud! She is beautiful. I have enjoyed following your family for many months now. Your recipes, school resources, and lovely photos have been a blessing to me.
It has been fun knowing we live in the same city. When I drive by the base I think of you and say a prayer for your family.
Happy belated Birthday to Munchkin!!! Wow, what a precious young lady she is!
Love the ring given to her from her daddy…that is so special and what it stands for. We hope to do the same with our daughter in the years to come as she prepares for the future and as we trust in the Lord for His will for her life.
Blessings to your family~
Katie
