The complete menu for our gluten free Thanksgiving:
- Roasted Turkey (herb brine over night with herb butter rub and onions & herbs in the cavity for a moist, flavorful turkey)
- Gluten Free Skillet Stuffing
- Fresh Green Beans drizzled with olive oil and tossed with garlic & sea salt
- Cranberry Jelly
- Mashed Potatoes (Creamy garlic and sour cream potatoes)
- Gluten Free Gravy
- Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie (finally achieved a wonderful, light, flaky gluten free pie crust!!!!)

Good job! I tried to make something Gluten Free for our dinner too, but it (they) turned out awful! It’s hard baking gluten free! Everything looks so yummy!
