Extended Family Time

Desert RoadProject 365 – #199

You may or may not notice that my blog is pretty much on auto pilot for the next 2 weeks.  My family is in from out of town, so I’ll be spending time with my sister, brother-in-law, nieces, dad, and stepmom.  We’re having a mini family reunion.  Grandma and Grandpa were here a few months ago (which seems like a looooong time ago), and I haven’t seen my sister and her family for over 2 years.  Needless to say, we’ll be spending lots of time with them which means not so much online time for me.  **grin**

We plan on hanging out, going to the pool, doing a little exploring and possibly hiking, going to the Grand Canyon, maybe riding horses, and who knows what else.  Obviously, we plan on having a great time while they are here even if it may be super, duper hot.  (Hey, at least the Grand Canyon will be cooler – right?)  Oh, I almost forgot.  We’ll also be going to our state homeschool convention.

I have posts scheduled to go up, but I may be slow to respond to comments/questions.

This week, I’ll be sharing a little about that winding desert road/trail pictured above.  We had quite the unexpected adventure as we traveled down that path….
