My new Cricut has inspired me to start working on my handmade Christmas gifts.  The first project of the year is a prayer journal.  It’s pretty simple, but it makes a nice gift. Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe with Cinnamon Almond Whipped Cream Crust: Ingredients: 1 C butter, softened 2 1/2 C coconut flour 4 eggs 1 tsp coconut sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 3 Tbsp vanilla almond milk egg white – set aside Directions: Sift together dry ingredients. Beat together wet ingredients. Thoroughly combine wet and dry ingredients.  (I use my mixer for this because it’s easier.)
