I need to participate in Tackle It Tuesday this week. We loved having company this past week, but now, I need to buckle down and get caught up on everything. Last night, I tackled emails and blog stuff. Playing Catch Up

Whew! Being away from the computer over the last week has lead to a big mess in my in box and what not. Slowly, I’m working my way through my emails, blog reader, review items… It was all worth it though as we had a blast with Gramma and Grampa. We hiked. We played. We explored. We created memories. As always, it was sad, tearful goodbye when we dropped them off at the airport this afternoon. Tomorrow, we’ll get back into our regular routine and start back up with school. There still a little time left to enter my giveaway…

Daughter of the King: Baptism

Today, Munchkin was baptized. Gramma and Grampa were able to be there to share this special day. My heart burst with joy to see my sweet little girl decide to make this public display of her inner decision. I was in the back helping Munchkin with the whole process, so my Dad snapped a few pictures for me while D did his best to tape the actual baptism. The pictures, unfortunately, didn’t really turn out, but I still wanted to share a picture of this moment. After lunch, I chose to surprise Munchkin with this cake that I quickly decorated…
