Handmade Christmas: Christmas Pjs

One of our Christmas traditions is that each year we get new pjs. This was something that my mom always did for my sister and I growing up, so I decided to keep the tradition when D and I got married. In the past, we purchased pjs (at least for D and I).  This year, I saw some family pjs at different stores online. I thought that was a really cool idea, but I could justify the expense. Munchkin decided that she wanted to have some lights on the house this year. I use to put up lots of lights, but we haven’t that for the last couple of years. So, I pulled out the old lights, and we started decorating. I checked the lights prior to hanging them, but shortly after they were plugged in, some of the lights went out. Advent Week Two in Review

Advent Reading:  We continued our reading of Jotham’s Journey.  The reading this week had lots of surprises and excitement.  We look forward to our nightly readings and can’t wait to see what happens next.  This week’s focus was on God being in control even when it doesn’t seem like it.
