A Marriage Without Regrets

Posted in Family, and Thoughts

On Sunday, our church started a new study during the Sunday School hour based upon the book A Marriage Without Regrets by Kay Arthur.

Our assignment for this week was to read through chapter 1 and answer a few questions. Our instructors recommended doing the study questions together after we had each read the chapter. They felt this would help us learn more about our spouses.

The one thing that we both came away with from the reading is that we are very grateful for our relationship and each other. It will be interesting to see how this class goes as the weeks pass. The Lord has truly blessed us with a wonderful marriage, so we look forward to learning how to help it flourish. Who knows, we may end up being able to help others as well.

Munchkin has been privy to some of the conversations as we feel that it is important for her to know what makes a marriage work. We want her to one day, Lord willing, have a wonderful marriage of her own. It is our responsibility to teach her what that means. God – Spouse – Children – Others
