Tackle It Tuesday

It’s hard to believe that it’s already Tuesday again. I have a nice list of things to do today, so we’re off to the races… 1. Take D’s packages to the post office 2. Do the laundry 3. Get Munchkin’s Math done for the day 4. Work on Thanksgiving lapbook 5. Watch Thanksging dvds about Pilgrims 6. Sweep floor in kitchen 7. Wipe down countertops & put away any stray items 8. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been bombarded with all of these ideas about the perfect Thanksgiving or the perfect Christmas. There are all kinds of lists and articles being published on how to create the perfect holiday. Preparing for the Holidays

Last night, we headed over to the Botanical Gardens for their members only sneak preview of the Garden of Lights display. As we drove up to the gardens, we were greeted by thousands of beautiful Christmas lights twinkling in the still, cool night. They asked us to tune our radio to the Christmas music playing on their set station. We began to drive through the tunnel of lights looking at the different displays. Last Game

Today was Munchkin’s last game. It ended up being a beautiful, but chilly day for their game. They ended the season with a great win. Since Munchkin was sick last week for the award ceremony, the coach awarded her trophy today.
