Works for Me Wednesday: Easy Cheesecake

Posted in Homemaking

Do you love cheesecake, but don’t want to take the time to prepare a cheesecake? Here’s a quick easy alternative that is a big favorite at get-to-gethers (and with my family).

Easy, No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.) or Shortbread crust
Strawberry, Blueberry, or Cherry Topping (optional)

Preparation:

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
3. Spoon into crust.
4. Refridgerate 3 hours or until set.
5. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Here is the white chocolate version of this cheesecake. For finger foods, you can make a mini version of these cheesecakes by using mini muffin liners. Just add a vanilla wafer to the bottom and fill with the cheesecake mixture. Yum!

These cheesecake recipes definitely work for me!

My whole family loves cheesecake, so I’m thinking step #5 would be unnecessary. We never have leftovers.

This sounds yummy, and I am writing it down right now. Thanks for sharing!
