This is a solid wood Broyhill desk. There is also a drawer in the middle on the front, but the slide came off. We have the piece, so it just needs to be put back together. It’s a little scratched and worn, but it’s still beautiful. I’ll probably refinish it down the road, but for now, I think it’s just fine. It’s heavy and it wasn’t fun to move it out of the original owner’s home and into ours. But, it’s here now. It just confirmed what we’ve felt all along. Steps are baaaaad!!!
Can you believe this desk was free? I’m so excited. Look at all the cubbies and drawers!! How fun! Don’t forget to check out your local freecycle to see what you might find.
It’s beautiful!!! My mother-in-law gave me a desk last year and I had lots of fun filling the drawers and the little cubbies!
