Munchkin had a blast at her 50s night at Awana. She and her friends enjoy their time there each Wednesday night. Next week is movie night. They’ll be watching a movie and having snacks. Munchkin volunteered me to make cookies. I told her that next time she needs to ask me first. lol!
On Friday afternoon, we picked D up from the airport. It’s nice to have him home. We spent most of the afternoon relaxing. I finished up the aprons for my sister (yes, I just now finished them) while D and Munchkin watched a little tv together. Well, the tv was on, but Munchkin was playing a game on her computer while D kept dosing off. **grin**
After I finished up with the aprons, we ran over to the post office to mail them out, since the aprons need to be there by next Saturday. Time slipped away from me – I hate that I got these done at the last minute, but at least I got them done… We then headed over to the off-road store to pick up a couple of flags for the back of the dirt bikes (safety flags). When we got back, I made some pizzas while D rested and Munchkin played with her friends for a few minutes.
This morning, we’re headed over to Munchkin’s soccer game. We’re all happy that it’s an hour later than normal. D is adjusting to the time change, and Munchkin stayed up a bit later due to Daddy’s arrival home. I believe we’re heading out this afternoon and riding the dirt bikes. I should say that Munchkin and D are riding the dirt bikes while I either read or do some exploring. It’s a beautiful day, so we’ll be outside doing something even if we don’t end up heading out on the dirt bikes.

Sorry your weather wasn’t too great. It was warm and sunny here. Perfect weather for being outside. We’re enjoying it before summer hits. Then it’s too hot to be out.

Ha ha! Don’t you love when you find out you volunteered. That recently happened to me; I needed sugar cookies without frosting. Sounds like lots of sweet things are within your life right now. May the Lord bring more your way. 🙂
