On Thursday, my doorbell rang. When I opened the door, I found a package from ProFlowers. I don’t know about you, but when I receive a delivery like that, I get rather excited. I am now officially 1 month into the Body Gospel Fitness program. Obviously, I didn’t post last week since we were out of town. I’ve learned that the only bad thing about this program so far is that you can’t really do it while you are out of town (away from tv/dvd).
