Sand Hollow State Park is a campground that calls to boaters, fisherman, and off-roaders alike.  You see, this state park has different campground options to accommodate many different types of campers.  Why did D decide that he wanted to come to this particular campground?  Well, he thought Munchkin would like the lake, but he also liked that we could hit lots of trails/open riding spaces with the dirt bike and RZR directly from our campsite. Bryce Canyon: Fairyland Canyon

Fairyland Canyon is just outside of Bryce Canyon’s park gates, so we stopped here on the way out of the park when we were headed back to the campground.  Even with the cloudy skies and rain, it was a beautiful view.  With as stunning as the views were on a stormy, cloudy day, I can only imagine how breath-taking many of these stops would have been on a clear day. Bryce Canyon: Rainbow Point

As we headed to Rainbow Point, the rain really begun to come down.  We had hoped that the sun would peak through the clouds and produce a lovely rainbow for us.  That was not to be on this day.  Rainbow Point would be our final stop in Bryce Canyon as we decided not to hike to Yovimpa Point.  Thanks to the shelter of a building and some trees, we were able to keep from getting completely soaked on this leg of our journey.
