Project 365 – #128 Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court. ~Psalm 127:3-5

New Every Morning

Project 365 – #121 The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.” The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. Embracing Change

Project 365 – #119 Although change is not really fun for me, I have chosen to embrace the changes going on in our lives right now.  I’m enjoying the short little walks that I get to take with D as part of his therapy.  I’m loving being able to see him during the day.  We’re happy to be able to spend this extra time with him. His Eye is on the Sparrow by Civilla D. Martin Why should I feel discouraged, why should the shadows come, Why should my heart be lonely, and long for heav’n and home, When Jesus is my portion? Project 365 – #115 D wanted to head out for one last dirt bike ride before his surgery.  It’s going to be at least 6 months before he can ride again.  Even then, he’ll have to be very careful and selective about the areas in which he rides.  Riding is relaxing for him, so he’ll definitely miss our weekend exploration trips. Munchkin really wanted to use these last few days to spend some quality time with Daddy.  She’s been wanting to go fishing with him for some time.  (Funny side note… We picked up a new tackle box for Munchkin…
