I was recently made aware of a promotion from Mrs. Smith and Edwards dessert that helps military families. Simply purchasing a sweet treat to your family or giving one to someone else will benefit a needy child or help a military family. Throughout the Olympics, we’ve been seeing previews for the new reality show Stars Earn Stripes. We thought it might be interesting, but I honestly didn’t pay that much attention until I received a media release that talked about something that, in my opinion, should have really been played up in the advertising. D really enjoys jerky, but it’s not easy to find jerky that is good and gluten free. When I found out that Buffalo Guys had a gluten free jerky, I knew that I wanted to check them out. I was pleased to see that not only did they have gluten free buffalo jerky, but they also supported our troops. I love that! I was excited to be able to sample some of their jerky.
