Finally, a yummy, flaky gluten free pie crust. Ingredients: 3/4 C Brown Rice Flour 1 1/2 C Sweet Rice Flour 1/4 C Potato Starch (not flour) 1 tsp. salt 3/4 C + 2 Tbsp Butter (allow to sit on counter for a few minutes to soften) 2 eggs 1/4 C cold water Directions: 1. As we were preparing our Thanksgiving menu, I thought I would try out a new sauce for the turkey rather than just having the traditional gravy. Mmmm… The yummy holiday scents are filling the air due to making some vanilla sugar and vanilla-cinnamon spice for holiday baking (as well as for the rest of the year).  Little flecks of vanilla bean pepper my white kitchen counter and the room smells delightful.
