Candy Cane Treat Containers

It’s always fun to be able to give guests little treats when they come to visit. I first made these little treat containers when Munchkin was little. I would have a basket by the door so we could hand them out to guests as they left. I’ve used them to jazz up stocking stuffers as well. Munchkin and I are happy to be part of the Elmer’s Projects for Great Futures Program which benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. We were given the task of coming up with a creative project using an Elmer’s Tri-Fold Board from Walmart. Once we completed the project, we needed to submit a picture of our project along with the required information according to the specified rules. Handmade Christmas: PomPom Critters

Munchkin created these cute Christmas Pom Pom Critters to give to her friends. Last year, we purchased a craft kit on clearance after Christmas. When she discovered how much she liked making them, she asked if she could get the materials to make more. Thankfully, JoAnn Fabrics carries all of the items needed to create these cute critters (pom poms – small & medium, felt, foam, wiggly eyes, tinsel stems).
