Cooking Class: Warm Chicken Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Posted in Homemaking, and Homeschooling

We have a new favorite dressing thanks to Munchkin and her online cooking class. Lately, we’ve been trying to stay away from packaged salad dressing, so it’s nice to have a new dressing to add to our homemade dressing recipes. Cooking Class: Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas

Posted in Homemaking, and Homeschooling

Munchkin is playing catch up with the online cooking class. Two weeks ago, I was sick. Last week, we were out of town. This week, we had just gotten back in town. Today, for lunch, Munchkin decided to do the lesson with chicken & cheese quesadillas. We were thrilled to find some full size brown rice tortillas at Trader Joes yesterday. Normally, we need to use small corn tortillas, so these were a real treat. Everything was very tasty, and Munchkin was thrilled that she was able to help out as Daddy and I were busy working on the house.
