Thankfully, Munchkin’s feeling better this week. She’s still not 100%, but she’s doing well enough that we’ve started back with school today. After she finished up her regular school work, we decided to tackle last week’s cooking assignment for tonight’s supper. Our assignment/lesson from last week was quiche.
