I have to admit that I’m particularly proud of this recipe because it’s the first gluten free recipe that I’ve created from scratch myself. It turned out well and you can’t tell that the cookies are gluten free. Yum! Yum, peanut butter cookies… Around here, we enjoy our sweets. I knew that going gluten-free may mean some changes, but I didn’t want it to have to be a horrible change. Off I went in search of some easy, yummy sweets. I stumbled across a recipe for flourless peanut butter cookies. Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies 1 Cup Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy is fine)1 Cup Sugar1 Egg1 tsp baking powder Cream together the ingredients until smooth.
