Today is the final day of the 30 days of Thanksgiving. I want to thank Karla for starting this idea. Each day, no matter what was going on, I was “forced” to think of at least one thing for which I was thankful. That truly was a blessing. It’s so easy to take many things for granted until we start looking how much we really have in our lives. Our Thanksgiving

First, I want to say that we had a delicious Thanksgiving. Unfortunately for me, I woke up on Tuesday feeling a bit under the weather. By Tuesday evening, I was feeling less than stellar, but I thought maybe it would pass with a good night’s rest. Wednesday morning proved me wrong. Despite feeling under the weather, I was able to get most of the cooking done prior to Thursday. Thursday, I woke up feeling very ill, but I had 2 turkeys and 10 lbs of potatoes to prepare.
