Make It From Scratch Carnival #4

Field Trip: Aquarium

Well, I told Munchkin that we’d have some fun this week, so we started off the week by heading to the aquarium for a field trip. I have decided that it’s time to get that new camera. I can’t hold out any longer. I don’t want to miss out on memories due to a bad camera. Anyway, here are some pictures from our day. Meal Plan Monday

I usually have this up and going early, but this week has been interesting. So, please forgive the delay. Normally, I don’t post specific days for meals, but this week, timing is everything. Monday: Salisbury Steak with green beansTuesday: Quasedillas with veggiesWednesday: Chicken Salad SandwichesThursday: PastaFriday: D’s home, so whatever he wantsSaturday: Probably eat outSunday: Grilling (either chicken or steak) D’s been eating out a lot while he’s gone, so I want to make sure I make him a nice homecooked meal when he arrives home. Study/Guest Room

Here are the before and after pics from the study/guest room. I’m not sure if I’ll use those curtains or not, but I wanted something up on the windows for now. The two windows in the room do not have matching curtains. They’re similiar, but not matching. Before (sky blue): Study/Guest Room After: (Barn Red) The study/guest room will be done in an Americana theme.
