Somehow, we’ve managed to get into a rut for eating while D has been gone. I think it has something to do with the fact that I don’t have my recipe binder with me, and I’m too tired to think of any sort of variety. So, this week, along with a couple of requests from my daughter, I’m going to attempt a few things that we haven’t done for a while. Here is my menu for this week: 1. I had a difficult time sleeping last night due to a horrible headache and it still lingered this morning. Munchkin decided to wake up early this morning.
