I was in the mood for something different and light for dinner tonight. Since I just made a new batch of salsa, I decided that I wanted to do something with chicken and salsa. Here’s what I came up with: Summer Wraps Ingredients: Romaine LettuceFresh Summer SalsaFried or Grilled ChickenRanch DressingShredded Cheese Directions: Lay down romaine lettuce leaves (whole leaves) on the plate.
