Thankful Thursday: Nature

Posted in Family

This week, as I thought about my Thankful Thursday post, I looked around the yard and saw the beauty of the Lord’s creation. How can anyone not believe in God after looking at His wonderful creations. I am grateful that the Lord not only takes care of our needs, but also makes things beautiful for us to look at. I am grateful that food not only nourishes us, but it also tastes wonderful. I am grateful that I can hear the beautiful sounds of nature around me. I am grateful that I can smell the delicious aroma of baking bread…

They sewed all the squares together and sewed the batting and quilt backing on it. They just need to finish it up tomorrow. I’ll post pictures once I’m allowed to post them. lol!

Tackle It Tuesday: The Kitchen

This week, I’m going to be tackling finishing up the organization of the kitchen. We still don’t have the kitchen completely under control from the move. Since we spend a lot of time in the eat-in kitchen, it really needs to be finished. As D says, one room at a time, we’ll get the house done. For more tackles, head on over to 5 Minutes…
