Christmas Crafting

Munchkin loves crafts, so crafting is very much a part of our Christmas traditions. Here are a couple of things that she’s done this year… She also made snowflake ornaments and gingerbread men ornaments. Our most important craft for this Christmas was the stockings for the troops. This has been an interesting week filled with ups and downs, but seeing what others are going through puts things into perspective. I am very grateful that I have a wonderful home. We have seen several homeless people this week which really makes a person think. I am very grateful for my family. Although D is away, we still are able to communicate with him. Not everyone is that fortunate… I am very grateful for God’s peace. I don’t know how people get through difficult times without faith in God. He is my strength. I am very grateful for Christmas.…

My commitment: I commit to praying for my fellow classmates. I have limited time as I’ll be traveling soon, but I will do my best to make it around to visit as many people as possible. My prayer requests: We will be traveling next week. Please pray for travel mercies. We are heading to my sister’s as she will be having surgery.
