Our Thanksgiving

First, I want to say that we had a delicious Thanksgiving. Unfortunately for me, I woke up on Tuesday feeling a bit under the weather. By Tuesday evening, I was feeling less than stellar, but I thought maybe it would pass with a good night’s rest. Wednesday morning proved me wrong. Despite feeling under the weather, I was able to get most of the cooking done prior to Thursday. Thursday, I woke up feeling very ill, but I had 2 turkeys and 10 lbs of potatoes to prepare. Gluten free sour cream coffee cake is an often requested breakfast treat around our house. It’s also been requested by others outside of the family who have had a chance to try it. It can be made ahead of time, and it freezes well if you want to make extra for a future date.
