For Valentine’s Day, I wanted to have a special dessert, but I didn’t have the time to bake anything that day. I thought it would be fun to have some chocolate covered strawberries. We’ve had store purchased chocolate covered strawberries before, but they’re rarely very good plus they are usually quite expensive. We had to stop and get milk at the grocery store, so we picked up a container of strawberries for $2.50. I placed about 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp of coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl.
