Ironically, I have no pictures for today’s post.  I was too busy listening. I was sitting in bed working on getting a few reviews done when the laughing began.  Giggles and squeals.  I love the sound of children’s laughter.  It so joyful, so pure.  It’s contagious. Chebe (pronounced chee-bee) Bread is a bread product based upon Brazilian cheese bread.  It is a delicious, easy to prepare gluten free, wheat free, and yeast free bread. We were given the opportunity to review the original Chebe Bread.  It is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, soy, corn, potato, rice, tree nuts, peanuts and MSG.  It is easy to prepare.  You add in oil, eggs, water, and cheese.  I decided to use Parmesan cheese and make some buns with our mixes.  We quickly found that these were so tasty that one mix was not enough.  One mix made five hamburger…

Gluten Free BLT Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, sliced lettuce 1 package turkey bacon mayo 5 gluten free buns (I used Chebe mix to make buns) Directions: Make buns or warm purchased buns Cook up turkey bacon Assemble sandwich ~ layer of bacon, lettuce, tomato, spread mayo on bun Enjoy while still warm ***As always, make sure all ingredients are gluten free ***
