Deerfields Gluten Free Bakery is located in Illinois, but thankfully, for those of us that don’t live in the Illinois area, their products are available online. (They are also available in select stores in other states.) They will ship their gluten free baked goods right to your front door. Crockpot BBQ Shredded Chicken Ingredients: 3 boneless skinless chicken breast gluten free bbq sauce rice, gluten free rolls (optional) Directions: Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours depending on crockpot. Remove chicken breasts and shred with fork. Turn crockpot to low. Place shredded chicken in the crockpot with 1/4 – 1/2 C of your favorite gluten free bbq sauce. Cook for another hour or so. Serve over rice or in a gluten free roll. At 3:00 yesterday, Munchkin informs me that “tonight is 50s night at Awana, Mom!” Oh, okay… So, my mind begins to scramble and try to think what we can do for 50s night. I go check my stash of fabric to see what I have available. I decide to make a poodle skirt. I found some blue fabric and cut out a circle of fabric using pinking sheers. Then, I cut a center hole for the waist. I cut a strip of black fabric for a waistband. Then I find a poodle outline online and cut out a black poodle. …
