Crockpot BBQ Shredded Chicken
Ingredients:
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
- gluten free bbq sauce
- rice, gluten free rolls (optional)
Directions:
- Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours depending on crockpot.
- Remove chicken breasts and shred with fork. Turn crockpot to low.
- Place shredded chicken in the crockpot with 1/4 – 1/2 C of your favorite gluten free bbq sauce.
- Cook for another hour or so. Serve over rice or in a gluten free roll.
