Gluten Free Pierogies Ingredients: 2 C gluten free flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 large eggs + 1 large egg yolk 1/2 C sour cream 1/4 C butter warm water Directions: Start boiling a pot of water. Combine butter and gluten free flour until butter is pea-sized. Add salt, eggs, and sour cream. If needed, add warm water to form dough that is soft, but not sticky.  (You may or may not need the water.) Roll out dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. We are quite familiar with Children’s Bible Hour (CBH) here at our house.  Ever since Munchkin started doing devotions on her own, she’s been using the Keys for Kids program.  She loves receiving her devotionals in the mail.  When we received the Seasons of Faith series of books, Munchkin was really excited as these books were all mentioned in her Keys for Kids devotionals. Munchkin had a blast at her 50s night at Awana.  She and her friends enjoy their time there each Wednesday night.  Next week is movie night.  They’ll be watching a movie and having snacks.  Munchkin volunteered me to make cookies.  I told her that next time she needs to ask me first. lol!
