Project 365 – #143 On Saturday evening, we decided to enjoy some of our new produce. D likes to have meat on his salad, so I did a Cajun dry rub on some boneless skinless chicken breasts and grilled them. I sliced up two of the chicken breasts to add to our salad, and I saved another chicken breast for Sunday’s lunch, grilled Cajun chicken sandwiches.
