Munchkin is having fun with her natural health class. This week, she’s learning about natural skin care products. As she’s looking at products to avoid (and why), she started to get more excited about making her own skin care products with natural ingredients. The first thing on her “to do” list was cleaning out some old lip balm containers as she was going to be making her own lip balm. Munchkin and I recently decided to team up and become Lilla Rose consultants. We received a flexi clip from a friend and ended up liking it so much that we decided to become consultants. Thankful for Air Conditioning

We woke up to a very hot Monday morning, not unlike most mornings here in the desert of Arizona. Only, today it wasn’t just hot outside – the inside of the house felt warm too. I headed over to the thermostat to see the temperature inside rising. Something was wrong with the air conditioning. I started up with the normal checks… air filter, breaker… Everything was fine. I moved outside. The unit was dead. The compressor wasn’t running. The fan wasn’t moving. Ugh! I call over to base housing maintenance, and they put in an emergency maintenance request. We should…
