Coconut Cream Concentrate is pure organic coconut meat that is finely ground into a creamy consistency. Unlike many of the other Tropical Traditions coconut oil products, the coconut cream concentrate is a food rather than a cooking oil. You can use it in baked goods, in smoothies, or just smear it on some toast. You can even make your own coconut milk! My favorite way to enjoy it? Can I let you in on a little secret? I really like crunchy snacks. There is just something satisfying about crunching on a yummy treat when I’m hungry. Unfortunately, all too many crunchy snacks aren’t that good for me, so I either have to sacrifice flavor or crunchy snacking.
