It’s that time of the year when people start thinking about love and Valentine’s Day. Since my beloved is away, I won’t be spending as much time blogging about Valentine’s Day this year. Munchkin will still get her fun Valentine’s treats, and D’s package is on it’s way there for him. I thought I would revisit some posts from last year to highlight some ideas for a frugal Valentine’s Day and frugal dating throughout the year. Dating doesn’t have to be expensive. Have fun dating on a budget. Need some fun Valentine’s crafting ideas? Check out this post about Valentine’s…

I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa to those who celebrate those holidays. Next year, we’ll probably incorporate some of the activities. So far, we have enjoyed this book. The holiday scheduling ideas would be a great way to keep your…
Christmas Crafting
Posted in Holidays
Munchkin loves crafts, so crafting is very much a part of our Christmas traditions. Here are a couple of things that she’s done this year… She also made snowflake ornaments and gingerbread men ornaments. Our most important craft for this Christmas was the stockings for the troops. We both received much pleasure from that particular task. For more Christmas Crafting head on over to Apples of Gold Ministries.
