Gluten Free Buns

Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns (Gluten-Free) Ingredients: 3/4 C Rice Flour1/4 C Potato Starch1/2 C Tapioca Starch2 tsp baking powder1 tsp xanthan gum1/2 tsp salt1 Tbsp sugar2 Eggs1/3 C Oil1/2 C milk Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl.2. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Spray cookie sheet with pam. Shape buns into hamburger or hot dog bun shapes.3. Bake immediately for 13-15 minutes. Do not under bake as they will fall. Tackle It Tuesday

I’m way behind the ball on this post. lol! Today, I tackled putting away my big shipment of gluten-free flours after our company left. I should be all set for lots of yummy baking for D. Marriage Monday: Challenge Week 3

Aren’t you glad that there is a wonderful thing called forgiveness? Forgiveness from God — the ultimate forgiveness and forgiveness from other — the forgiveness that makes life livable. This week has been filled with a few ups and downs. Overall, I did well at meeting my goals, but the fact of the matter is I also had some slip-ups.
