Munchkin joyfully wrote letters to include in each of the shoe boxes hoping that just maybe she’ll get a response from one of the recipients. The aromatic hint of nutmeg and cinnamon mixed with sweet potatoes fills our house each Thanksgiving. These muffins have become a huge favorite at our table. Awana Cowgirl Night

Last Wednesday was Cowgirl/Cowboy Night at Awana. The kids had a blast. Everyone that dressed up got an extra chance to throw a whipped cream pie at the Awana Commander. Munchkin enjoys science. She enjoys experiments and observations. When it came time for dissections, she was very excited. The catch? She really wanted Daddy to be her assistant. I offered to do the dissections with her, but she wanted Daddy. We’ve skipped over some of the dissections in the chapters until Daddy had a chance to sit down with her.
